Infection Prevention and Control
We have infection prevention and control systems in place to help keep everyone safe, while continuing to support visits with family and friends.
From time to time additional infection prevention measures may be in place. These will be communicated when entering Moyola Lodge
Visiting Guidelines
- Reconsidering visiting if unwell
If you have cold or flu-like symptoms, please consider postponing your visit until you are well - If you need to visit, then please notify reception when you arrive, wear a mask and only visit your loved one
- Hand hygiene on arrival
Hand sanitiser is available throughout the home. Please clean your hands on entry - Respiratory hygiene
Please cough or sneeze into your elbow and dispose of tissues appropriately - Mask use when required
During periods of increased risk, visitors may be asked to wear a mask, particularly when visiting vulnerable residents - Sign in on arrival
All visitors are required to sign in the resister located at reception on arrival - Testing if required
During outbreaks or higher-risk periods, visitors may be asked to complete a rapid antigen test prior to entry
